Our reputable Housing Association client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a temporary basis for a 3-4 month contract, or permanent if you are looking for permanent only
Position: Temporary or Permanent HR Business Partner
Location: Plymouth
Contract Duration: 3-4 months / Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Qualifications: CIPD Level 6 or 7
Hourly Rate: £23.50 per hour plus holiday pay, salary of £45,125
We are looking for an experienced HR professional, in a Generalist role. There are no requirements to carry out Payroll or Training functions as there are separate teams that deal with this

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on HR issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Change Management: Support the organisation through periods of change, providing guidance on restructuring and organisational development.
Talent Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
CIPD Qualification: Possess a CIPD Level 6 or 7 qualification, demonstrating a high level of HR knowledge and expertise.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Proven Experience: A track record of success in a similar HR Business Partner role, preferably within the housing or related sector.
