Ashley Kate HR are excited to be working with our education based client as they look to recruit for two Full Time, HR Business Partners based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who is looking for a new challenge.

This role does not offer hybrid working and will require someone to be on site 5 days per week
About this role:
The HRBP will be expected to provide HR support to various schools, working closely the wider team to ensure that schools are provided with professional, high quality HR service.
As the HRBP, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR processes including:
·Recruitment
·Onboarding
·Inductions
·ER casework (investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management etc.)
·Performance management
·Compliance/ audits (SCR, Right to Work, IR35)
·Payroll
·Assist with annual salary reviews
·Employee data management/ HRIS management
·Offboarding
The HRBP will manage HR Assistants who will be the day-to-day key HR point of contact for the schools.
Looking for:
·Strong employment legislation knowledge.
·Experience of handing varied and complex ER casework.
·CIPD Level 5 Qualified
·Experience of working at HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor level
·Experience of working in a School, College, Academy or education provider, preferred
·Highly effective communication skills.
·Good people management skills, able to delegate and escalate as appropriate.
·Ability to work on own initiative.
·Excellent organisation and planning skills.
