If you are a HR Business Partner looking for a remote, fixed term contract until the end of this year, this one could be for you...salary £50-£55k + Car Allowance.
You will need to have extensive experience partnering Directors and the Senior Leadership team, able to influence and coach at all levels and have proven HR experience and up to date knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice.
Initially you will have a real focus on Employee Relations and supporting your managers and team.
Ideally you will have :
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Up to date knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practise
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to make sound judgements and decisions, appraise performance and manage risk
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver with and through others.
- Adapts and works effectively in partnership with Senior Leaders, employees and external stakeholders to influence positive outcomes for the business.
- Communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
- Ability to lead, inspire, motivate and develop People team members
- Experience of producing clear, concise and well written reports on complex issues
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate and inspire a team
- Project management and problem solving skills
