We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and resilient HR Business Partner who can navigate and implement positive change. As the HR Business Partner you will lead and drive forward new initiatives whilst managing several projects with great effect. This role will work with senior stakeholders across the business and act as a true Business Partner establishing strong relationships by providing solutions and implementing commercial changes that will improve their business areas.
The business is a growing technology business who have recently merged from 5 entities to one, they are really focused on increasing retention and making a positive impact on wellbeing and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are embedded and strategy is defined across the business
- Generate reports and utilise data to create recommendations and influence change
- Managing multiple projects in line with key business objectives
- Direct line manage a HR coordinator supporting with development and helping their progression
- Coach and guide managers across the organisation
Profile
You will be engaging and excited by influencing change, you will have the gravitas to implement changes and provide creative solutions. The ideal candidate will be used to working within a changing environment and have the resilience to navigate change. You will have a pragmatic and empathetic approach that will drive forward engagement and change the view of how HR is perceived through delivering quality.
This role requires occasional travel to Fareham - your travel will be reimbursed.
