My client is a South East London based College looking to recruit an interim HR Business Partner on an initial 6 month contract.
The role will work with different areas of the College, providing insight and understanding on HR policies, procedures and supporting individuals when it comes to a variety of ER and operational HR matters. You’ll support recruitment and talent acquisition teams, managing onboarding and scheduling inductions. You’ll work with line managers on appraisals and performance management plans. You’ll manage both internal requests for HR information and data as well as provide and statutory external information requests.
The role would suit an HR professional who’ll enjoy managing their own casework as well as uniting with a team on collaborative projects to including policy and framework updates / revisions.
The role is an initial 6 month contract with hybrid working options readily available. Given the nature of the requirement, a candidate is sought who has minimal notice to serve. CIPD level 5 qualification is required. Whilst some experience of higher or further education would be useful, strong Business Partnering combined with ER casework experience is essential.
