Job Role: HR Business Partner
Location or Commutable from: Nottingham
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 DOE
Shift: 8:00am-16:30pm Monday-Friday

Main duties as the HR Business Partner
- Supporting the transition to a new HR/Payroll software application.
- Deliver against the people agenda to support the group business and execute the plans.
- Ensure you and the team embed accurate processes, policies, and systems to ensure the business is compliant with employment legislation.
- Build capability and skills with HR processes and procedures for managers across the group business.
Key accountabilities
- Build teams skills and capability to deliver against the people plan.
- Ensure you, and by coaching the team, provide the advice across the group with the full spectrum of employee relations in line with employment law and industry governance.
- Ensure accuracy of all contracts, job descriptions, offer packs and policies and procedures and ensure they are governed using controlled documents and in line with employment legislation.
- Responsible for internal and external communications regarding pay & benefits, welfare, and key projects.
- Manage the monthly and weekly payroll process ensuring accurate wages at all times.
- Manage the paperwork and communication of the groups staff annual bonus and pay review for both weekly and monthly paid employees to ensure accurate implementation.
- Manage the team in leading all organisational structural changes within the group, supporting manager leads throughout.
- · Provide the framework, recruitment materials and team support to ensure department heads are hiring the 'Right People, with the Right Skills, supporting the Right Culture'.
- Provide HR tools / guidance, training, and support for all managers & staff.
- Manage the health and wellbeing and capability for all group employees.
- Support the team in provide HR Metrics for identifying key business trends.
Relevant qualifications or experience required
- Generalist HR experience preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience.
