HR Business Partner - Ongoing - Full time - Cardiff - Immediate start

Yolk Recruitment have teamed up with a leading educational institution who are requiring an experience Payroll and Pensions professional who will oversee the development and management of Payroll and pension services across the establishment.

What you will be doing:-

The ideal HR Business Partner will be:-

• Leading on the wide provision of Payroll and pension functionality with direct responsibility for the Payroll and pension teams, ensuring the institution follows all HMRC rules and regulations for PAYE and Pensions
• Deliver creative solutions, frameworks, supportive practices and approaches, to meet changing external legislative and internal institutional demands and act as a point of expertise for specialist advice for employees, managers, members and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve Payroll and pension and other HR service and, under the direction of the Head of HR Operations and in collaboration with other HR BPs agree and deliver improvements

What you will bring to the role:

The ideal HR Business Partner will have:

• Relevant Postgraduate qualification/Chartered membership of CIPP or equivalent experience
• Ability initiate and develop Payroll and pension systems and procedures
• Evidence of ability to explore customer's needs and adapt the service accordingly to ensure a quality service is delivered
• Experience of dealing with performance and welfare issues

What you will get in return:

• £32.65 per hour - £35.66 per hour based on experience
• 35 hour week
