Working with key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability and shape and implement people strategies and activities within the organisation. The People Business Partner will work closely with colleagues and managers to help implement organisational goals.
Day to Day Activities:
- Aligning HR strategies with organisational goals to contribute to overall business success.
- Meeting with key stakeholders to discuss people challenges, influence and build relationships.
- Working with line managers to handle employee issues, conflict resolution and fostering a positive work culture.
- Providing guidance and leading on people practices such as restructures, TUPE transfers, grievance and disciplinary hearings
- Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders.
This role will suit a self motivated individual with strong problem solving and employee relations experience. We are looking for someone with superb communication skills with the ability to deliver information in a simple and effective manner.
