Are you a seasoned HR generalist with a passion for employee relations and a desire to drive real change across multiple sites?
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) to lead our client's operations division.
Your impact:
- You'll be the cornerstone of their HR department, directly handling employee relations (ER) casework across 3-4 sites.
- Your expertise will be crucial in delivering HR strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and align with their business objectives.
- As a trusted partner, you'll provide the 'voice of the customer' to their HR teams. This will ensure their practices meet the unique needs of the operations side of the business.

- Develop and implement a detailed HR plan that includes organisation design, workforce planning, skill development, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and drive HR best practices across the business.
- Act as a subject matter expert on complex employment cases and lead HR transformation projects.
Minimum of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to travel.
