Our Client has an opportunity for a HR Coordinator, reporting to a People Business Partner and working within a supportive People team of 7. The role has come about due to internal promotion.
This HR Coordinator role is based in Dartford and offers Hybrid working
Salary + 33 days AL + BH
As a HR Coordinator you will:
- Be the trusted first point of contact for the People Team, developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with staff, managers, and external parties
- Manage the central HR inbox, responding promptly to queries directly or, if appropriate, triaging them for action by another member of the People Team
- Coordinate all processes of the recruitment and selection lifecycle effectively and efficiently
- Manage the onboarding lifecycle from offer letter through to the completion of pre-employment checks and contract issues, ensuring that this process is conducted in an efficient way and in line with the statutory requirements of Keeping Children Safe in Education.
- Take charge of internal trackers, including but not limited to recruitment and pre-employment checks
- Maintain and update the HR Information System to capture all information relevant to the employment lifecycle
- Keep up to date with changes to internal policies and procedures, as well as developments in employment legislation and best practice
