Payroll and HR Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa + 6 % non contractual bonus
and excellent benefits package
Hours: full time, flex time and hybrid working available
37.5 hour week
Location: Dartford

Payroll and HR Coordinator main responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for accurate payroll of C300 monthly paid employees
- Administration of company benefits
- Generating monthly reports
- Liaise with HMRC
- Auto enrolment of pension information
- Keeping up to date with all current legislation
- Admin for starters, leavers etc
To provide administrative support to the Human Resources Function.
- Organise and carryout first day inductions.
- New and amendments to contracts
- Occupational Health and coordination and sickness absence reporting
- Preparation and issue of contracts and offers
- Creating/amending job descriptions
The ideal Payroll and HR Coordinator will possess the following skills/experience:
- Experience of monthly payroll cycle - Morepay or similar payroll package
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly computer literate with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and good problem solver
- Hold a current UK driving license
