Hr L&D Administrator

Are you an HR L&D specialist seeking to work for an independent professional services firm in the heart of the City? Are you looking to work in a positive working environment where HR is deemed to be a positive influence and staff are treated in a compassionate and supportive manner?

Our client is a leading professional services firm with an HR team of four staff and approximately 150 professional staff. Reporting to the HR Director and HR Manager, this role will have a generalist HR focus with a strong Learning & Development element.

You will:

• Be primary point of contact for trainees
• Book trainee's college courses
• Administer training contracts
• Support trainees with their professional development
• Provide support system for struggling students and handle exam failures

As the successful candidate you will:

• Be experienced within a similar L&D focused role
• Ideally be studying CIPD
