A leading Intellectual Property firm based in the heart of London is currently looking to recruit an HR Administrator to assist within the firm’s busy HR team alongside 5 people, including 1 Senior HR Officer, 2 HR officers, 1 Management PA/HR Officer and the Head of HR.
You will be required to have a minimum of 12 months’ HR experience.
Salary – £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Location – London (Hybrid working available 3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
Duties include:
- Providing support with recruitment
- Providing support for staff appraisals and mid-term reviews
- Responsible for the HR system – adding new joiners, removing leavers, monitoring holidays/flex/flexible working arrangements/absences, amending and updating records, approving requests, running queries and monitoring task lists
- Responsible for the current flex system, – adding new joiners, removing leavers, monitoring the Flex inbox, amending and updating records, running detailed reports, including the monthly flex report
- Manage the absence return to work process and escalate to more senior members of the team as appropriate
- Preparing new staff inductions
- Updating the HR sections of the firm’s intranet
- Staff Welfare e.g. arranging annual vaccinations and regular pension meetings
- Assisting with staff benefit schemes – cycle to work scheme and season ticket loan forms
