Are you an experienced HR Manager with a background in Professional Services?
Here at Liberty Recruitment Group, we are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our favourite clients in their search for an HR Manager to join their small company based in Portsmouth.
For this role you will be responsible for overseeing the whole HR function including, recruitment, ER, onboarding and payroll. You will also be responsible for writing and amendments of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
As a person you will have excellent organisational and IT skills, be a team-player, proactive, confident and logical in approach. You will have the ability to build great stakeholder relationships as you really will be an ambassador of HR for the company.
A CIPD Level 5 qualification is necessary as a minimum, as well as up to date employment law knowledge.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract and our client is offering a salary up to GBP45k per annum (depending on experience) plus some great benefits!
