Salary:                                  £45,000pa to £52,000pa

HR dept:                              This is a Stand-Alone role

Location:                             Leicestershire

Type:                                    Permanent, Office-based

Office Hours:                     37,5 hours per week, flexible

Benefits:28 days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays

The role:

• Assess where we are at present HR wise, legals, compliance, documentation, policies, procedures etc.
• Create and implement an HR strategy and detail what the model should look like. Best practice and so on
• Create a plan, costs resources and timescales, to deliver the investor in people initiative.
• Oversee hiring, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, organisational design, succession planning, and retention management.
