Description

• Oversee and manage all Human Resources operations within the company.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
• Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process.
• Support and advise management on HR policy development and implementation.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR management.
• Manage employee relations and handle any arising issues.
• Assess and monitor training needs within the company.
• Report directly to senior management on all HR matters.
