Whole Earth Brands are a global food company enabling healthier lifestyles and providing access to high-quality plant-based sweeteners, flavour enhancers and other foods through their diverse portfolio of trusted brands and delicious products. They have an international presence and growing across their markets. The UK is currently a small market for them, with only 9 staff, their teams in Switzerland and Dubai add another 21 staff into the overall headcount. There are growth plans across all sites.
Job Description
The HR Manager will be instrumental in growing the capability across the 3 countries within the scope of this role, so talent development, succession planning and manager coaching will be major parts of this role. Building foundations for HR to operate will also be a big part of the job over the first 12 months. This role will work as part of an international HR team and also working very closely with the senior management teams across the geographies covered.
The Successful Applicant
The HR Manager is a critical role that will be instrumental in developing this business so the ideal candidate will be a proven HR Manager that is capable of developing a business. You will need to be a self-starter and own the role as well as take responsibility for your own professional development, keeping up with HR trends and legislation.
What's on Offer
The HR Manager role is fundamental to the company's success and so comes with an attractive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 and 15% bonus. The role also supports hybrid working.
