Brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join my clients team of 60 and assess and define a structured HR process.
The function is currently managed through an external agency so you would have the opportunity to bring this in house and create and implement an HR strategy and detail what the model should look like.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess current HR function, including legal, compliance, documentation, best practice, policies and procedures.
- Create a plan, costs, resources and timescales to deliver the Investor In People Initiative
- Oversee the recruitment process, including hiring, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, organisational design, succession planning and retention management.
Requirements:
- Min of 3 days per week although full time would be considered
- 3yrs+ experience in an HR Role
- Based onsite in S Leicestershire
- CIPD qualified
- Manufacturing experience would be highly desirable
