Rouse Partners are an award-winning Top 100 accountancy firm based in Beaconsfield. They are a well-established firm and celebrated their 100-year anniversary back in 2023. The team is currently made up of 5 partners and a total staff of circa 80, working across audit, tax, advisory, outsourcing and payroll. Rouse Partners are now looking to expand the team due to their continued success.
Job Description
The HR Manager role is new to the firm and is necessary to take the business to the next level. The Partners see the value in having the right culture and developing the team, so this is a vital role in their continuing success and growth. The HR Manager will report into the Practice Manager and work closely with the Partners to ensure the firm has the tools to acquire and retain the best talent available. The HR Manager role is that of a true generalist and will have a strategic and operational mix to it. The role is a sole charge HR Manager opportunity so you will need to be comfortable taking on the administrative tasks as well as helping formulate the people strategy. The role will be responsible for onboarding, though recruitment is a separate function. The HR Manager will also take on responsibility for payroll.
The Successful Applicant
The HR Manager will need to be a proven HR professional that is comfortable taking on the complete spectrum of HR tasks. They will need to be a self-starter that wants to take ownership of the HR function.

The HR Manager is a pivotal role for the business and comes with an attractive salary of £50,000-£60,000 with good benefits. The role also supports hybrid working.
