Tide are partnering with a private elderly care provider that is committed to providing exceptional care and services to seniors in the community. They have ambitious growth plans, making this an exciting time to join the team. They are seeking an experienced HR manager to play a critical role in their continued success.

As the HR Manager, you will lead the HR function and be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and human resources management. You will also lead a dedicated people team, ensuring the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and commitment to providing excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, maintain external partnerships, implement practises to enhance the recruitment and selection process
  • Onboarding: Create & update onboarding programs, ensure a smooth transition into the business and maintain compliance.
  • Engagement: Develop and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, implement recognition programs.
  • Human Resources: Manage HR policies and procedures, handle employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially, and performance management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, particularly in the healthcare or senior care industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
