SalaryExciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join our client, a well-established Chartered Landscape Architecture & Urban Design Practice based in Southwark, London on a part-time basis. The HR Manager will be required to manage all aspects of HR, working on their own initiative to further improve and maintain the current culture of the company.
As HR Manager you will be required to manage a range of HR duties including management of annual leave, lateness / sickness monitoring, recruitment, assisting with the on-boarding of new employees and ongoing continuity of ensuring everyone is being treated fairly and well.
HR Manager Position Overview
- Management of annual leave
- Sickness absence management / Lateness / flexible working / annual leave
- Recruitment/ Induction on-boarding
- Management of all people files / records
- Contract / policy development and maintenance
- Employee performance and reward
- Adhoc duties as required
HR Manager Position Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role previously
- Committed to continued professional development
HR Manager Required Skills
- Excellent time management & communication skills, both written and oral.
- Organisational skills managing administration, systems and workload effectively.
- Confident, positive, flexible and approachable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems
HR Manager Position Remuneration
Salary GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 (pro rata)
Annual leave 21 days + bank holidays
Days 3-4 days per week
Hybrid role 1 office day per week
