Seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead the Human Resources department in our professional services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing HR policies and procedures.

Description

• Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, staff development, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the HR team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business.
• Advise on compliance and risk management issues within HR.
• Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
• Develop and monitor the company's culture ensuring it supports the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
• Act as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labour unions.
• Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role within the professional services industry.
• Deep understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical and goal-oriented approach.
