Description
- Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, staff development, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the HR team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business.
- Advise on compliance and risk management issues within HR.
- Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Develop and monitor the company's culture ensuring it supports the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labour unions.
- Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics.
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the professional services industry.
- Deep understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and goal-oriented approach.
