HR Officer (Manufacturing) -Cambridgeshire, PE27
Industry: Manufacturing (Experience in Food Industry Preferred)
Salary: Circa 35k, dependent on the depth of your experience and expertise.

Are you an HR professional with a flair for navigating fast-paced environments? We're on the lookout for a dynamic HR officer to join our team in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire.
While prior food industry exposure is advantageous, we welcome candidates from diverse, high-energy sectors.
Your Role: HR Officer (Manufacturing) -Cambridgeshire, PE27
You will be looking after the new starter and leavers process and ensuring regular feedback is actioned
Conducting inductions
Provide accurate and timely guidance and advice to the key stakeholders, ensuring it is in line with the Company policies and procedures.
To provide day-to-day advisory service on employee relation issues and employment law ensuring a blend of pragmatism and best HR practice and coaching line managers as appropriate, feeding back to Senior Managers where appropriate
Work in collaboration with the other HR Team to ensure effective delivery of all projects and tasks.
Support with training needs at all levels for all HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Lead the Employee Forum Your VOICE ensuring meetings monthly and actions closed out
Your Profile:
We are looking for: HR Officer (Manufacturing) -Cambridgeshire, PE27
Experience in a similar role within a Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment.
IT Literate – High level of IT literacy with extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Employment law knowledge and understanding
Preferred, though not essential -
CIPD Certificate in HR Practice or working towards a CIPD generalist qualification level 4 or above
CIPD training can be provided
*Hours can be flexibly worked 7.30-4.30/8-5/8.30-5.30
*Requirement to work one twilight shift per week: example: 11 am - 9 pm ( actual hours on Twilight can be discussed, but working a twilight shift is non-negotiable)
