HR Officer - Immediate Start
I am very pleased to be supporting a business that strive to be experts in everything they do and encourage continuous improvement.
They have an immediate need for a HR Officer to join their friendly team. You will be required to work onsite in Glinton so you must be within a commutable distance and comfortable working in an office environment.
If you have experience within a HR function at an administrative/advisory level this is a great opportunity. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support with the implementation of the people strategy and be responsible for HR administrative tasks and advising managers through people processes when required.
Ideally, you will be CIPD level 3 qualified. It may be possible to support the successful candidate through CIPD level 5 following completing the probationary period.
