We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Relations HR Team, focusing primarily on supporting the business to develop and implement innovative new ways of working in order to deliver the many and varied services of Peterborough City Council.
This is a demanding but rewarding role which requires a flexible approach to support with a wide range of employee relations cases, change management programmes and provide innovative HR solutions across multiple and diverse services within a rapidly changing environment.
The role would be perfectly suited to someone with a customer focus and positive, proactive and professional approach to all areas of HR, with up to date knowledge of employment law legislation. The ability to adapt and multi-task, along with excellent communication skills are essential in this role to support both the business and the team.
