CV Screen is recruiting for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join a fantastic college in Oxford where you ll be responsible for helping with the payroll and assisting in HR duties. This is an office-based role with a salary of up to GBP32,000 available.
WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:
As the HR & Payroll Administrator, you will support the HR Manager in all day to day HR responsibilities and you'll also be involved in the processing of the college's payroll. If you have previously worked in the education sector, we would love to speak to you!
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Prepare and maintain monthly payroll schedules.
- Submitting monthly payroll.
- Processing new starters, leavers, pay rises etc.
- Assisting with the recruitment process.
- Coordinate HR projects
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Payroll processing.
- Familiarity with Academic HR tasks would be highly desirable.
- Understanding of HR needs and improving processes.
- Knowledge of data protection and information security guidelines.
- Understanding of HR administrative processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector would be highly desirable.
SALARY:
- A salary of up to GBP32,000 is available.
