Payroll Administrator

The Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join our Group People team at our Support Centre in Swindon.

The main purpose of a Payroll Administrator is to ensure all Group Payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.

What you will be doing

• Compiling, preparing, processing and inputting payroll information, to produce timely and accurate payments
• Investigating and responding to all escalated payroll queries and issues
• Looking at ways to develop and improve payroll procedures, processes and systems

What we are looking for

• Knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation and processing is essential
• Basic excel skills would be desirable
• Knowledge of Dayforce would be beneficial
