This non-profit organisation in London is an approved regulator and representative body for legal professionals in England & Wales.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager and joining a small but dynamic team, key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting managers on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Processing payroll and benefits administration
* Advise managers on ER policy and process
* Generating people data reports
* Supporting with various HR projects including the implementation of a new outsourced payroll system
What you'll need to succeed
The organisation is looking for a collaborative and detail-orientated addition to their team with:
* Experience supporting/advising managers with employee relations case work
* Excellent experience collating and reviewing payroll data
* Experience with the full recruitment process
* CIPD qualification or experience
