Our Employee Relations team are looking for someone who has great communication skills with good employment law knowledge and is keen to work in a team supporting line managers with their employee relation cases. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months. 

 

You will be acting as an advisor and coach to line managers on a range of ER topics such as grievances, absence management, performance management and disciplinary and investigations. You will help promote a positive working environment in line with the Trust’s culture and values, by ensuring the application of the policies and procedures. You will also help the Trust in its aspiration to become the most inclusive organisation supporting young people.

 

If you have previous experience in handling ER cases and sound knowledge of employment law, this role is for you.
