Form of workRobert Half are delighted to be supporting a business in Bourton-on-the-Water on the recruitment of an interim HR & Payroll Officer. This position will look to start immediately, and support the business on an ongoing basis, whilst they manage permanent recruitment processes.
This position is fully office based, with plenty of free parking available. The contract can be considered on a full time, or part time basis (minimum of 30 hours).
Responsibilities of the HR & Payroll Officer include but are not limited to:
- Supporting on HR administrative tasks across the whole employee lifecycle.
- Working closely with a Recruitment & Training Coordinator overseeing recruitment projects.
- Weekly and monthly payroll processing for around 150 members of staff.
- Acting as the 1st POC for all employees in the business with any people/HR related queries.
Your Profile:
- Strong proven experience working in a similar position, with a good working knowledge of HR processes and payroll.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to manage key stakeholder relationships within the business.
- A good attention to detail and ability to pick up processes and systems of the business quickly.
In return, the salary on offer is £40,000 paid to you on an hourly rate basis.
