HR/Projects Advisor 44 - 45K plus bonusElite HR are delighted to be supporting a long standing client resourcing for an experienced, passionate HR/projects Advisor with excellent employment law knowledge. The successful candidate with be CIPD Level 5 qualified working as a HR Advisor on site and projects where you will be home based. There is also a small percentage of your time that will be spent with the team located in Hampshire.HR Advisor Responsibilities:· Provide expert advice in all areas of HR policy, best practice, procedures and benefits to managers and employees in a timely & professional manner.· Provide employment law guidance into account company precedents ensuring the business executes its legal duties diligently. Working collaboratively with the Company’s Employment Solicitors support on Employment Tribunal Claims and putting together bundles as and when needed.· Project manage organisation changes resulting from strategic initiatives including but not limited to reorganisations and restructures; redundancies; TUPE· Investigate and resolve complex queries requiring business knowledge and face to face handling.· Support Managers to develop their teams, raising the bar of capability across all areas.· Work with L&D to develop internal training material to support Line Managers with Employee Relations issues.· Identify current and future critical roles and deliver succession planning for client group.· Work with the Recruitment and Management teams to critically assess levels of resource for client group. Provide advice and support on all recruitment issues including job description writing.· Work closely with the HR Coordinator to ensure they are able to provide basic employment law information and efficiently action tasks within Advice & Guidance ensuring SLA’s are adhered to.· Manage, lead and/or contribute to HR projects of varying sizes and complexities.· Support with update/create HR policies & processes to reflect legislative changes and ensure compliance, including creating template forms, letters, agenda to deliver a complete way of working for each HR process flow.· Write and deliver appropriate training for People Managers on these topics to include statute, case law and real-life examples to illustrate what being trained.· Deliver a project to manage International Assignments both UK to overseas and purely overseas.The role will require travel to some regional locations which may necessitate some overnight stays on an occasional basis as commercial activities require.If you would like to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to contact Nina on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
