HR Systems Administrator (iTrent)
I am recruiting a HR Systems Administrator for an iTrent Implementation Project with a National Charity.
This is a remote role with occasional on-site presence required in Leeds, Manchester, or London. Interim 10-month FTC, Salary: £34,000 to £36,600.
The HR Systems Administrator (iTrent) will support with the implementation of the new HR system iTrent by MHR.
Role HR Systems Administrator (iTrent)
- Supporting with the data migration workstream
- Building and maintaining a data dictionary to support ongoing build and development.
- Managing and documenting build specification
- Building and testing system functionality, workflows, absences etc in iTrent
- Working with the BA, L&D and UAT Teams to create user guides for all users.
- Supporting the User Profile project to ensure that the system functionality meets the needs of all our users.
- Working with L&D, Change Management and Comms to ensure that the new functionality is understood and effectively used.
- Supporting the HR Technical Lead in delivering training to core HR users and with go live support for the organisation.
- Supporting the HR Technical Lead with handover of the system to the BAU team
- Working with the reporting workstream to ensure that effective management reporting is delivered at, and after, go live.
- Ensuring a continuous learning loop is functional across the business to ensure any issues or process changes are learnt from and embedding into daily processes.
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge and experience of iTrent System Administration
- Some knowledge of HR best practice and data governance methods
- Ability to manage own workload, to prioritise effectively and to escalate issues where appropriate.
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality ideally with some experience of maintaining data in HR systems.
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a rapid and changing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to handle ambiguity and investigate further to gain clarity.
- Ability to handle confidential, sensitive matters and queries with a high standard of professionalism.
- Ability to problem solve with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Advanced MS Excel user and competent user of all other MS Office Suite programmes.
