HR Systems Trainer - 18 months contract

Salary: Up to £45,000

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working again with this prestigious Manchester institution in their search for an engaging and creative HR Systems Trainer to support the delivery of a HR modernisation programme.

As L&D Lead and part of the core project team you will contribute in transforming and growing capabilities with the replacement of all existing HR and Payroll systems with a single, holistic solution including the introduction of employee and manager self-service. This is a big step change for the institution and cannot succeed without effective people-focused engagement and inspiring training and support that drives a desire to change and do things differently.

Key activities:

• Lead the development and delivery of flexible and creative training for the new Oracle HR system in a way that drives and embeds changes to ways of working.
• Work alongside the Change team to support colleagues in fully utilising the new Oracle HR platform, driving high user adoption levels within the system.
• Develop a range of accessible learning and assessment methods, across multiple platforms to ensure training is accessible for all colleagues.
