An award winning law firm are looking to hire a HRIS and Reward Manager to work closely with the business to deliver the reward strategy and influence employee engagement and satisfaction.
About the Role
The role will entail:
- Champion the firm’s reward strategy
- Manage the annual salary review process including benchmarking, bonus reviews and reports Liaise with third party providers
- Budget management
- Manage diversity and pay gap reporting
- Produce compensation reports for management
- Oversight over global people data, including working with Finance and L&D systems
- Leading design and implementation of new processes
- Advising teams on best practices and supporting training
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have prior HRIS experience at management level within a professional services environment and the demonstrated ability to drive change. Strong people management skills and prior project management experience would be an asset.
