Our client, a leading Art Gallery, is seeking a motivated and proactive HR/Office Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining office infrastructure, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office management procedures and policies.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities management and administrative support.
- Manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff members.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR and office management roles is advantageous.

Duration and Compensation:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
The salary for this role ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
