This position as a Business Administrator is an opportunity to help improve the HS&W team's performance and function to deliver improved organisation, engagement and clarity of outcomes so that ultimately, we can prevent incidents and illnesses to our people, customers and communities.
What you will be doing as a Business Administrator
- Workflow and Commercial management - Accountable for organising and delivering HS&W Workflow tasks e.g., Purchase Orders workflows and approvals set against the HS&W budget.
- HS&W organisational support.
- Proving organisational support to deliver the HS&W strategy deliverables and multifaceted activities across the HS&W function and the entire organisation.
- Building relationships and collaboration.
- Build a strong network across the organisation to deliver the HS&W performance improvement priority.
- Preparing and presenting data and technical information to the HS&W Director.
- Board, Executive, and Leadership meetings: Analyse technical information and data, and prepare information for the HS&W Director to present across the organisation to a full range of internal stakeholders (e.g., Board, Executive Team, and Stakeholders). Working with the Systems and Processes HS&W team specifically.
- Delivering results Deliver exceptional results through an enthusiastic and positive approach, taking accountability and ownership for the role while working accurately and flexibly within a diverse team.
