We have over 165 employees that we are proud to have represent us, operating from our offices in south Manchester, Belfast, Dublin, and Glasgow. As the business grows from strength to strength, we are now looking to grow our HR team by recruiting on a Part Time basis (24 hours/week) an experienced HR Administrator, to be based in our Stockport office.
We are seeking the following:
- Educated to a minimum A-level (level 3) standard
- Prior experience of working in a professional office environment e.g. consultancy, professional services, or similar office environment.
- Ideally holding a level 3 CIPD Certificate (CHRP) or willing to work towards.
- Prior experience of having used a HRIS (Actus HR) would be beneficial.
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with good business acumen.
- Able to build and maintain work relationships across all levels of seniority within the business.
- Excellent IT skills, with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to maintain absolute confidentiality and impartiality.
- Have a general understanding/interest of the renewable power or sustainability sector
The role duties will include:
- Supporting the senior HR Manager with general recruitment research and new starter onboarding processes.
- Provide admin support to annual appraisal, 180 review, engagement survey and mentoring processes, collating all results, and providing feedback to the Team Leaders & SHRM.
- Monitor and maintain HR policies, codes of practice, staff handbooks (GB/IE) and other HR records.
- Work alongside the training supervisor when required on development projects/tasks.
