Job Title: HR Advisor (Finance)
Contract Duration: Until 30th June 2025
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of remote and office-based work)
Your Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts.
- Advise managers on best practices for maintaining positive employee relations.
- Conduct investigations when necessary.
- Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Educate employees on company policies.
- Employee Life Cycle:
- Support employees throughout their journey, from attraction to offboarding.
- Provide guidance on career development and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
