Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a Professional Services organisation on the recruitment of a Temporary HR Assistant for an Initial 4 month Period.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative advice and guidance to the business.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a few years experience within an HR Admin/Assistant role, understand the key workings of the function and fully understand how to handle confidential data.
You will be supporting the HRBPs, managing the mailbox with queries, coordinating requests regarding new starters, leavers and training sessions, support on ER cases and much more.
We are ideally looking for someone to start ASAP (preferably december start) but can also consider early January.
You will have/need:-
·Experience in HR Admin role
·Ability to handle key confidential data
·Prioritise workload
·Excellent stakeholder management
·Strong attention to detail
·Excellent communication (written and verbal ) skills
·Ideally CIPD qualified
This organisation offers hybrid working of around a 50/50 split between office and home and are based near Croydon.
The salary on offer is between £100 - £150 per day.
