Solid national, full service, firm is looking to bolster its Employment Law team with 2 strategic hires.
The Team is recognised in the Legal 500, and within the industry. The firm is growing nicely and need further Associates to service its expanding client base.
The firm has earned a good reputation as a place to work and is known for its collaborative approach, whereby members are valued from day one and work closely with leading partners to support them on their cases as well as of course leading their own caseload.
There is structured career path to senior associate on offer.
The firm is looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor with around 3 - 5 years’ pqe
- Experience in Respondent work
- Employment Law Tribunal advocacy experience
- Experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters, including discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary procedures, and employment contracts
- Ability to draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Strong negotiating skills
