Financial Planning Administrator in Aberdeen – Study Support – Career Progression

Our client is a leading Financial Services business who are looking to grow their established team in Aberdeen office with the addition of a Financial Planning Administrator.
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day processing of new business and instructing servicing requests for existing clients
You will also be involved in:
- Arranging client meetings, preparing documents, issuing letters of authority, generating risk reports, preparing annual review packs, completing suitability assessments, taking withdrawal requests, and preparing invoices
- Instructing fund switch requests, chasing outstanding adviser charges and new business, issuing policy documents, assisting in completing the client fact find, submitting new business with providers, client contact and updates, and processing post as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Experience working in a similar role within financial planning administration
- Good working knowledge of Intelligent Office
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and be collaborative team player
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take on and understand the environment they operate within
- Good general IT skills
