Are you a skilled legal professional with a passion for advocating in court? Venn Group’s expert legal team is partnering with a renowned Local Authority in London, celebrated for its exceptional team culture, to recruit three In-House Childcare Advocates.About the Role:
- Position: In-House Childcare Advocate
- Type: Full-time, 6 - 12 months contract (high potential for extension)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (only one office day per month)
- Represent the Council in court through advocacy and oral presentations
- No case handling required—focus exclusively on advocacy
- Conduct at least three hearings per week
- Gain invaluable experience on significant cases in central London courts
- Proven experience advocating in court
- Extensive knowledge of Childcare Law
- Current practice certificate
- Qualified Barrister or Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience
