A business that is going through significant transformation and growth is seeking a Qualified In-house Legal Counsel to assist whilst they go through his period of change.
- Supporting with acquisitions
- Reviewing contracts
- Reviewing t's and c's
- Providing general advice
- Building a team
- Putting in place policies and procedures
- Liaising with external legal firm
