SalaryExciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate solicitor/Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join one of the UK’s largest property management and building consultancy firms as Legal Counsel.
The firm have multiple offices across the country, however, would like someone to be based in their London office, albeit with a fantastic amount of flexibility.
The firm acts for a diverse range of clients including institutional and sector-specialist investors, private property companies, public sector bodies, and overseas investors. The firm regularly advise their clients on PMSs, Duties of care, appointment documents, warranties, letters of reliance and NDAs.
The firm works closely with clients across all key property sectors, including offices, retail and business parks, and student accommodation.
Working pattern:
The firm is looking to recruit someone on a circa 20 hours per week basis. This could be implemented flexibly to suit the individual’s personal circumstances, so could be spread over 3 to 5 days of the week.
Requirements:
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified Real Estate Solicitor/Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE
- Quality experience of Property management and building consultancy matters.
- Ability to review various documents and make recommendations of required changes and commercial decisions.
- Broad sector experience would be beneficial for the role.
- Expertise in collaborating and coordinating effectively across different departments.
- Salary up to £100,000 (dependent on experience) pro-rated plus bonus.
