Inbound B2C Sales Executive
Home Based within M25 Area / London for Initial Training and Company Events
GBP25,000 Base Plus Commission (OTE - GBP50,000)

We are a Private Healthcare company based on the fabulous Baker Street in London. We carry out the full range of plastic, cosmetic and aesthetic procedures both surgical and non-surgical in new state of the art premises making us one of the most experienced cosmetic surgery clinics in the UK.
We work with leading surgeons from around the globe to provide a gold standard treatment in a safe medical environment.
It would be safe to say that we have a world class team and we are looking for another unmatched Inbound Sales Executive to join us in our mission and support our customers through all the options available to them.
The Inbound B2C Sales Executive Opportunity:
We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced candidate to join our fantastic sales and service team.
This is primarily a working from home role with initial training at our Baker Street HQ. Once trained, you will only be required to come in on occasion for company events.
As Inbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for dealing with the large number of enquiries we receive, booking patients for consultations and procedures, and meeting team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Handling enquiries as they come in
+ Completing effective telephone presentations to include all of us unique selling points surrounding our facilities, calibre of surgeons and aftercare
+ Collaborating with the team to create a fantastic service
+ Representing the clinic and being able to demonstrate ethical sales techniques and empathy for patients
+ Meeting targets as set out by your line manager
About you:
+ Proven experience within sales (preferably B2C)
+ Effective objection handling and problem solving skills
+ Have a clear understanding of the sales process with your approach being ethical, empathetic and effective
+ Resilient and driven with unmatched self motivation
+ Positive attitude
+ Organised
+ Excellent communication skills able to build rapport with customers both other the phone and on email
