Salary: £33,214 per annum plus an £846 annual car allowance and excellent benefits

What will your role be?
As an Income Management Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering a comprehensive, professional and customer-focussed income collection service direct to current and former customers. You will ensure customer accounts are well managed; engaging with customers to ensure understanding of their responsibilities to pay their rent on time and regularly, helping them make informed choices and signposting where further support is required.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have a good standard of secondary education (including English and Maths GCSE Grade C/4 or above). You will have proven experience working with a range of customers and agencies to deliver cross-tenure services, delivering excellent customer service and care. This role is an excellent opportunity for a great team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills who wants to make a real difference to South Liverpool.
An understanding of social housing and welfare benefits is desirable for this role.
