As Influencer Partnerships Manager it will be your job to:
- Systematically identify, develop, and nurture a pipeline of key influencer and affiliate partners.
- Recruit and onboard influencers and creators who align with our client's growth strategies.
- Effectively pitch, negotiate, and finalise affiliate agreements with creators.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key partners.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of influencer and affiliate partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in managing partnership or influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding partnership targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
