Key Responsibilities:
4-5 years relevant Influencer Marketing experience
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative and creative Influencer Marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysing data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously learning and evolving in the Influencer Marketing space.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Develop and implement comprehensive Influencer Marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating sales.
Identify and recruit influencers who align with our brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.Manage Influencer Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximising return on investment.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate and evolve Influencer Marketing strategies.
Maintain a pulse on competitive landscape and industry benchmarks, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making.
