We are working with a fantastic publisher and agency to find them a senior Influencer Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join of a growing news, entertainment and popular culture magazine in their agency team, leading a project on an incredibly exciting client.

Our client are looking for a Lead Talent Manager with talent management experience and vast knowledge of the creator marketing landscape. In order to excel in this role you will be familiar with and thrive in extremely fast paced environments and have an acute detail oriented way of working. You will be managing a small team dedicated to one client account in the fashion space. You will be working hand in hand with the agency team at large, liaising with the client directly and overseeing all the talent management tasks and delivery needs for the project.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to work in a fast-growing digital and creative agency, develop and grow their talent management skills who want to dive into an exciting project with a blue chip brand.

Key responsibilities include:

Liaise directly with the client on an ongoing basis

Lead the project workflow and develop best in class practices for the management of the day to day

Oversee day to day talent management needs, including talent selection, outreach, contracting, content briefing, content sign off and posting management

You will be building strong relationships with the talents directly as well as with agencies when applicable

You will be a line manager for a small team of executive talent managers (1 to 2)

Making sure all content is being delivered by all talents on time and to the highest standard

Ongoing reporting to the client across project progress and delivery deadlines

Ongoing development of the deliverables — you will be thinking about creative ways to optimise content and to deliver best in class creative

The Ideal Candidate will have:

2 years minimum prior experience working as a talent manager in a fast paced digital-first agency

Must have experience working with creators and influencers

Excellent ability to work on briefs, production documents and schedules

Passionate about social media and creator marketing trends

Must be able to manage high number of creators simultaneously

You have a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram

You are able to collaborate within a team and are an effective communicator

You always take initiative when necessary and enjoy working with quick turnaround timelines

You are detail-oriented and love working with task management programmes

You have a strong understanding of talent booking and management
