Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Influencer & Social Media Executive who shares our values and believes in the potential of our products. You will manage our influencer program and Social Media channels across the UK and Ireland and be instrumental in building brand affinity, trust and loyalty. The successful candidate will be passionate about health and keen to drive conversations on important topics such as fertility, conception, pregnancy and motherhood.

This is a full-time role, with the option to work remotely in the UK or from our head office in Dublin, Ireland.

What you’ll be doing:

• Influencer recruitment – Identify and recruit suitable influencers who share our values through inbound agency relationships and by reaching out directly to influencers.
• Manage influencer partnerships against set budgets, from negotiating deliverables and contracts to briefing, feedback, sign off and post campaign analysis.
• Manage our Influencer gifting program.
• Develop and grow our Affiliate Program - manage relationships with our affiliate partners and source and recruit new partners.
• Brand Ambassador management - manage relationships and outputs from our Brand Ambassadors.
• Manage our organic Social Media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This includes content creation, scheduling and engagement.
• Online Review and Reputation Management: Implement best practices for online review management, ensuring that customer feedback is leveraged to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
• Identify and manage the entries to suitable industry and consumer awards.

The skills & experience you’ll need;

• You have 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• You are passionate about women’s health, storytelling and content.
• You are a natural communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
• You are an expert on Social Media, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• You are knowledgeable about platform algorithms and Social Media metrics to determine content ideas and engagement.
• You have experience creating content for Social Media, and are comfortable working in a fast paced environment with reactive, same-day turnaround when required.
• You have experience using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• You are highly organised and able to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• You are a team player. Someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
• You’re a fast learner and ready to hit the ground running.
• Fluency in English is required
